Delete your account

You can delete your Milkanna account at any time.

  1. In the app, open “Settings”, tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
  2. Can't open the app? Email us with your registered phone number in the message and we will delete the account for you. [email protected]

Your name, phone number and email are removed at once, and your remaining profile details within 30 days. Delivery, bill and payment records are kept only as long as the law requires.
